WHO MAY PARTICIPATE?

1. All Filipino citizens who are not otherwise disqualified by law to acquire real property in the Philippines.

2. Partnerships, Corporations, and other legal entities duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, 60% of the capital of which is owned by Filipino Citizen and not otherwise disqualified by law to acquire real property in the Philippines.

3. Duly authorized representative of the above-named persons with special power of attorney.

4. Any local government official or employee not employed in the local government unit where the public auction sale is being held pursuant to Sec. 89, Local Government Code of the Philippines.
