𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐘?

In celebration of the 22nd Sulay Basya Festival with the theme, “Ugyon Saranhon, Ipabugal ang Banwa Naton, Turismo Pasanyugon”, the LGU-SARA will hold the Sara Municipal League Inter-Barangay MLBB Tournament on June 20, 2023 at Municipal Gymnasium.

– This tournament is exclusive to residents of Sara only;
– Players from each team must come from the same barangay;
– One team per barangay only.

𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐘 𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐘𝐀 𝐂𝐔𝐏 𝐌𝐋 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒
***GROUP ELIMINATIONS***
1. The 42 barangays will be divided into 7 clusters, each cluster consisting of 6 barangays.
2. Each barangay should have one team. The teams must be composed of 5 main players and 1 reserve.
3. The group stage elimination will follow a single-round robin, best of 1 format.
4. The two teams from each cluster with the most number of wins will proceed to the play-offs.
5. Furthermore, two teams from all the losing participants will be chosen as wildcards to proceed to the play-offs which will be determined by the number of wins. In case of a tie, a tie breaker match will be played.
6. There will be no spectator in the in-game match during the group stage elimination. A coin toss will determine who will be the blue team and red team. The blue team shall create the lobby and invite their opponents.
7. The games will start simultaneously until the top 16 teams will be determined.

SULAY BASYA CUP ML TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
***FINALS STAGE***
1. Only the top 16 teams from the group stage elimination will proceed to the Finals Stage (2 from each of the 7 clusters and 2 wildcards)
2. The Finals Stage will follow a Single Eliminations, Best of 3 format. The Grand Finals will have a Best of 5 series.
3. There will be a spectator in every match. Each team is given 3 pauses with a maximum of 5 minutes per pause. Pause can be done on any point of the game including during clash.
4. A random match will be chosen to be shown live through a projector. The teams chosen to be shown live shall exit the venue and transfer to a different location to maintain fair play.
5. Each round shall be played simultaneously until two teams remain for the Grand Finals.

SULAY BASYA CUP ML TOURNAMENT General Rules and Regulations:
1. Only Saranhon players are allowed to join the tournament.
2. A Test Ping may be done if either of the team requests.
3. Only the registered player shall play during the tournament. If no 6th man is registered, the team shall only stick with their 5 registered players. No changing/adding of players during the tournament.
4. Using of cheats/hacks is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. In case of protests, the organizers shall review the match replay and decide if that particular team engaged in any form of cheating.
Examples of cheating includes but is not limited to:
Map hacks
Use of VPN
Piloting
Account Sharing

Cheating does not need to be successful to qualify as a violation. Conspiring to cheat is already a violation and will lead to an automatic disqualification for all conspirators.
5. Stickers/emotes/signals/in game chats are allowed. However, trashtalk, such as but not limited to: CURSING, CUSSING, and/or use of any form of DEMEANING WORDS is NOT ALLOWED.
6. Any hero may be used in a particular game
7. The organizers shall have the right to modify the the rules and regulations depending on the given situation.
